Q Discussion Topic: In the text reading this week, and in the lecture, we are looking at the laws that protect employees from discrimination. One type of discrimination that is covered is discrimination based on an employee’s age. As older employees are now working longer than ever before, we find multiple generations in the workplace. This brings both challenges and benefits to management. Posted on this session (below) is a term paper that was written by one of my MBA students.
